VIP Membership Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 27, 2026
This Refund Policy applies to all one-time purchased VIP membership services (including 1-day, 7-day, 30-day, 90-day, 180-day, and 365-day validity periods). It is formulated in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations of the regions where the App is launched, as well as the platform rules of Google Play, App Store, and other download platforms. By purchasing the VIP membership service in the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this Policy.
1. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- After the successful purchase of the VIP membership, if you have actually used any exclusive VIP benefits (including but not limited to unlocking member-only content, using member-exclusive functions, enjoying member-exclusive benefits, etc.), no refund will be provided regardless of the usage duration;
- Refund requests caused by your personal reasons, including but not limited to accidental purchase, repeated purchase, regret after purchase, inability to use the service due to personal device/network issues, abnormal account status (e.g., banned, cancelled), etc., will not be accepted;
- No refund will be given if you voluntarily abandon the remaining validity period of the VIP membership after purchase;
- Refund requests that do not follow the application process specified in this Policy or fail to provide valid supporting documents will not be accepted.
2. Refundable Circumstances and Refund Rules
2.1 Refund for Unused Membership Services
If you have not activated or used any VIP benefits after purchasing the VIP membership, you may submit a refund request within 48 hours of the successful purchase in accordance with the platform rules of Google Play and App Store. After the platform verifies and confirms the situation, a full refund will be issued; refund requests submitted beyond the 48-hour period will be deemed as voluntary waiver of the refund right and will not be accepted.
2.2 Refund for Service Quality Issues
If the VIP membership service is inconsistent with the promotional content, has functional failures, or the benefits cannot be used normally due to the App's own reasons, and you can provide valid evidence (such as screenshots, videos, customer service communication records, etc.), the 48-hour time limit will not apply, and you may submit a refund request at any time:
- If the VIP service is unused, a full refund will be issued after verification and confirmation;
- If the VIP service has been partially used, the corresponding fee will be refunded in proportion to the remaining unused validity period of the VIP membership after verification and confirmation.
2.3 Refund for Special Circumstances
- If a minor purchases the VIP membership of this App without the explicit authorization of a legal guardian, the legal guardian may apply for a refund with valid certificates (such as the minor's identity certificate, payment record, guardianship certificate, etc.). A full refund will be issued after the platform verifies and confirms the situation;
- In case of involuntary purchase or overcharging due to the App's system failure, payment process error, or other reasons, a full refund will be issued after the platform verifies the situation;
- If the App has to suspend or terminate the VIP membership service in advance due to force majeure, platform operational adjustments, or other reasons, the corresponding fee will be refunded in proportion to the remaining unused validity period of your VIP membership.
3. Refund Application Process
- Submit Application: You need to submit a refund request through the official customer service channel within the App or the refund application channel of the corresponding download platform (Google Play/App Store), detailing the reason for the refund and attaching relevant valid supporting documents (such as payment records, evidence of unavailable benefits, identity certificates, etc.);
- Platform Verification: Upon receipt of the refund request, the platform will complete the verification within 1-4 working days and notify you of the verification result via in-App message, email, or the notification channel of the download platform;
- Fee Refund: After the refund application is approved, the platform will refund the corresponding fee through your original payment method within 3-7 working days. The specific account arrival time shall be subject to the relevant rules of the payment platform and the download platform.
4. Other Provisions
- The VIP membership service of this App is a digital virtual product. In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and platform rules, it is not applicable to the statutory right of unconditional return. The refundable circumstances agreed in this Policy are additional refund services provided by the platform;
- When applying for a refund, you must ensure that the information and supporting documents provided are true and valid. If there are acts such as false declaration or providing false evidence, the platform has the right to reject the refund application and reserve the right to pursue relevant legal liabilities;
- The platform reserves the right to revise this Refund Policy in accordance with the update of laws and regulations and business development needs. The revised Policy will be published in a prominent position within the App and will take effect on the date of publication, applying to all subsequent membership purchase behaviors;
- If a dispute arises between you and the platform regarding the refund, you may first try to resolve it through negotiation via the contact email specified in this Policy; if the negotiation fails, both parties may handle it in accordance with the legal provisions of the region where the App is launched or the relevant dispute resolution clauses of the download platform.
